Wendy B. White – CEO and co-founder of Continuum Consulting Services, LLC. She has shared her passion, insight, creativity and wealth of experience with her clients for more than 20 years. Combining business and human performance practices with her ability to inspire and motivate, Wendy is able to transform and strengthen business cultures, structures and relationships. Unafraid to tackle the challenging situations, Wendy thrives in partnering with people through times of transition, moving clients through chaos to creation and vision. Wendy is a member of the Experiential Based Training and Development Alliance and is an Appreciative Inquiry consultant. She recently presented at the National O.D. Conference in San Francisco for her work with the YWCA. She led a nationwide Appreciative Inquiry Summit designed to “Imagine A World Without Racism.” Wendy keeps life in balance with her love for kayaking, traveling, skiing, entertaining friends, music, and thoroughly enjoying her two teenagers.

 

Lisa Marie Main, MA – co-founder of Continuum and Senior Consultant, has enjoyed facilitating, training, consulting and coaching since 1985. She offers a diverse spectrum of professional skills rich with experiential and innovative strategies so that individual, organizational and community clients can reach their greatest potential. Lisa is co-founder of Continuum Consulting Services and has a Masters Degree of Applied Behavioral Science: Leadership in Human Systems. Lisa is an experienced Appreciative Inquiry consultant and outdoor adventure facilitator, as well as a specialist in communication and conflict management. She is one of the few practitioners utilizing Organizational Systemic Constellation Work with clients in the US. Lisa resides with her family in Lakewood, CO, where they enjoy skiing, climbing, hiking and camping.

 

Todd Tinkham – began working with corporate leadership teams as an outdoor educator for Outward Bound in the early 1980s. Since that time, Tinkham has worked as a consultant and coach for managers and executives at dozens of corporations and non-profits. A true proponent of personal empowerment through self-discovery and self-management, Tinkham has helped scores of entry and mid-level managers burst through self-imposed limitations and experience leadership on a whole new level. His extremely effective coaching and consulting style is based on the co-creation of results-focused, honesty-driven relationships between himself and his clients. Pamela Black – is a nationwide facilitator, trainer and coach, combining skills from her strong and varied background to specialize in leadership, creativity enhancement, relationship building and change management. Pamela spent 18 years in corporate roles including operations, sales and CRM, working with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies spanning manufacturing, retail operations and technology, and experiencing two successful IPO's. She founded Endless Flow Productions in 2000, through which clients in the U.S., Canada and Europe have enjoyed the energizing and forthright style of her work. Springing from her passion for individual growth, Pamela has written and recorded workbooks and CDs for life skills and stress management, has been a principal trainer for the Radical Forgiveness Institute and is on the Board of Directors of The Georgia CancerHelp Program. Pamela has a B.A. in Mass Communications and is based in Atlanta.

 

Rob Kramer, MA – is a fun and innovative facilitator who provides executive coaching, business training and consulting for a variety of organizations including private corporations, Fortune 500 companies, non-profit, health care and government agencies, and educational institutions. Rob is currently the Director of Training & Development at the University of North Carolina, overseeing management, supervisory, & leadership development curricula for the University's 10,000-member staff and faculty. Rob has a B.A. in Psychology and received his Masters degree from the University of North Carolina, as well as certification in Organization Development through UNC-Charlotte. He is qualified to use and interpret the MBTI, FIRO-B, and a number of 360º Assessment Instruments. To add spice to his life, Rob is a talented actor who has been featured in several award-winning short films.

 

Bill Sanford, MS – has an international background working with people to prevent and resolve conflict so they can achieve their goals more easily. A skilled and experienced mediator, facilitator and coach, his strengths include one-on-one consultation, the design and delivery of team-oriented programs, and mediating complex, multiparty disputes. Bill is the President of Team Achievement where he has had the privilege of working with a variety of leading coaches and athletic teams to enhance their performance. Bill has a BA in International Studies and Political Science and two Masters Degrees, one in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and the second in Comparative Politics. After living and working in Prague, Vienna, London, and Washington, DC, Bill came home to his native North Carolina, where he lives with his wife and two (soon to be three) sons.

 

Betsey Upchurch – is the Managing Partner at Bristlecone Learning, LLC. A gifted facilitator and leader in experiential technology, she is much in demand for teambuilding and leadership development. Her approach is direct yet gentle, humorous, and compassionate. Participants in Betsey’s workshops claim significant breakthroughs in understanding themselves and how to be more effective on the job. As Director of Duke University’s Leadership Training Associates, Betsey was responsible for creative and engaging solutions that addressed the root causes of issues and problems within organizations. Betsey has a certificate in Organization Development from the University of North Carolina. She served on the Board of Directors of the Experiential Training and Development Alliance and the Association for Experiential Education. Betsey can often be found leading Class-5 white water rafting trips, serving on a variety of boards, and engaging with her children and grandchildren.

 

Carol P. Moore – has been recognized as a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional for 30 years. She is currently with the City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department where she is the Manager of Human Performance, Development, and Training for more than 350 full-time and 2,500 part-time staff members. Carol has been recognized as the City of Raleigh’s Employee of the Year, is a member of the Wake County Academy of Women, and was recently honored by the Mayor’s Committee for Persons with Disabilities for Excellence in Recreation. She speaks nationally on topics including professional development and training in the field of Parks and Recreation. Carol has been certified as a Myers-Briggs Inventory Professional for 15 years, is active in Raleigh’s Theatre In The Park productions, and lives in Cary, NC with her husband.

 

Verita Murrill – began her career as a facilitator and program coordinator 12 years ago while working for the Youth Leadership Alliance at the Center for Peace Education in Carrboro, NC, where she led experiential programs on diversity appreciation and conflict resolution. She is currently Assistant Director of Training & Development at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she oversees management, supervisory and leadership curricula for faculty and staff, serves as an O.D. consultant and a professional development coach. Verita received her B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina Central University where she focused on human motivation and social psychology. She also received certification as a Business Coach from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Verita is a qualified practitioner of psychological and personality assessments, 360˚ feedback instruments and offers numerous training and facilitation services.

 

Phil Nimtz – brings a passion for learning to his 20+ years as a team, leadership and organization coach and facilitator. He has designed and facilitated programs with US, European, Taiwanese, Japanese, and Latin American managers from such organizations as: AT&T, American Express, Sankyo Pharma, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company and Chubb and Son Insurance. Whether teaching rock climbing in southern California or facilitating multicultural teams in Tokyo, he understands the need to balance safety and risk-taking in order to learn. Phil uses his insight, gentle humor, curiosity and strong willingness to challenge long held beliefs, in order to create individual and group transformation. Phil is co-founder of Equinox Training, Inc. and founder of the Equinox Coaching Collaborative in Silver Spring, MD. In addition to designing his own experiential programs, Phil is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument STEP I and II (MBTI), Will Schutz’s Human Element, Barry Oshry’s systems-based Organization Workshop, and John Kotter’s ISB Leading Bold Change program.

 

Catherine Robinson, MAEd. – is the Principal Consultant at Interact Consulting Services, Inc.  With over 12 years of management experience in both non-profit and the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, her knowledge and understanding of human relations, performance management, and program design is considerable.  Some of her broad experience includes creating and facilitating training for patients and healthcare providers, managing supervisors and customer relations representatives, providing training and coaching to emerging leaders, and developing and launching new programs.  Catherine earned both her B.S. and M.A. in Education from Virginia Tech.  She and her husband have lived in the Raleigh-Durham area for the last 6 years.  They are blessed with two young daughters.

 

Laura J. Nigro, MS – brings people together across divides of race, culture, faith and ideology. She partners with clients to foster individual learning and growth leading to more vibrant collaboration and healthy, sustainable culture change. Her practice emphasizes the integration of knowledge, wisdom and values.

Laura's career arc began with formal education in physics, followed by research and communications support for federally funded environmental investigations. She eventually specialized in promotional, educational and community-building communications for highly dynamic small enterprises and international nonprofit networks. Colleagues and clients alike have praised Laura's inclusive enthusiasm, creativity and teaching skill. She is certified in Interracial Dialogue Facilitation and Intercultural Conflict Resolution, with additional intensive training in Appreciative Inquiry Facilitation, Compassionate Listening and Historical Conciliation.

Laura serves as a dialogue facilitator and citizen diplomat with Initiatives of Change and the International Affairs Council. She is also an active elected associate member of Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Society.

 

Al Sullivan, SPHR – President Inspirus Consulting, Inc. - Al specializes in developing inclusive and multicultural people initiatives to optimize organizational strategies, processes and metrics. His experience includes working with organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), BCBSNC, NIKE, Dell Computer, University of North Carolina School of Public Health, ICI Fiberite and the US Army. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with 19 years total professional experience. He has experience in applying Six Sigma process improvement principles for organizational success.

Al helped the Global Information Technology division at GlaxoSmithKline win the “Attraction/Development & Retention” Diversity award after implementing initiatives which significantly increased senior female and minority leaders. Al has designed long term global inclusion initiatives as a strategic approach to change organizational culture.

Al is married and has three children. Some of his personal interests include enjoying live jazz, hiking the Appalachians, fishing and training for triathlons.
