Your Continuum Coach will sit down with you to discuss your goals and needs, provide assessments where appropriate, clarify and design a coaching regimen that fits. The Coach typically will meet with you several times a month, until you decide you are on track. This personal relationship provides a unique opportunity for people to learn, grow and develop their greatest potential.

Individual Coaching for the executive, manager or individual contributor is available stand-alone or as part of other Continuum Consulting engagements.

The Coaching Approach

The Continuum Coach begins with a Coaching Assessment, which includes meetings with the Client to be coached and his/her manager, along with other key individuals as needed. Together, you will identify three to five key goals or areas of focus for the coaching initiative. Each situation is unique and the structure will vary based on the needs of the individual.

A formal 360 Instrument can be incorporated as part of the coaching engagement. Continuum Coaches are certified in a variety of feedback assessments, including Lominger and RealTime Performance 360. An individualized version of the Continuum Climate Study™ and informal interviews with "key constituents" around the client can constitute a "mini-360," providing the background necessary to determine the most effective coaching program for the client.

Coaching contracts typically run in 3-month to 6-month cycles, but are adaptable to meet specific needs, and are renewable. The Continuum Coach and Client meet in person and/or by telephone, usually bi-monthly, and include at least one on-site visit for the Coach to view the Client’s environment and normal operating style.
