Bio

Morgan Daniels, Partner and Chief Strategy Officer for Continuum Consulting Services, has a passion toward activating the human potentail across organizations by intentionally developing their teams, leaders and cultures. She partners with organizations globally, from Fortune 500 companies and startups to government agencies and nonprofits/NGOs.

As a skilled facilitator, trainer and strategic out-of-the-box thinker, she strives to create people-centric solutions that guide leaders and teams through big picture design while navigating all the pieces of the puzzle as they manage change and growth. She leverages her well-being background alongside organizational develoment to optimize working enviorments and cultures that support engagement, alignment, whole-person well-being and belongingness as they strive for peak performance. (All while ensuring they have some fun along the way!)

Morgan is a life-long learner herself, completing her bachelor’s degree in public health and community health education at the University or North Carolina Greensboro and her masters degree in Organizational Development from American University. She is also a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).

Outside of her work-life, she is an avid traveler, adventurer and explorer of cultures globally. When home in DC, she enjoys hosting creative events for friends, stand-up comedy, yoga and hiking.
