A New Continuum Partnership for Businesses and Families

Sometimes, an unexpected gift brings more than we would have dreamed of. Continuum has received such a gift from longtime friend, colleague, and mentor, Steven Vannoy.
The News:
Steve surprised us by asking Continuum to steward his beloved 10 Greatest Gifts Project (10GG), a 501c3 created on the belief that strong, resilient families are the foundation of our collective healthy future.
The 10GG Project is based on Steve’s bestselling book, The 10 Greatest Gifts I Give My Children, written thirty years ago and still published today by Simon and Schuster. It’s filled with simple common-sense tools for parents, grandparents, teachers and caregivers to use with children and families to lift them up.
The concepts are universal and life-enhancing across all aspects of life, including business. In the years since the book was first published, Vannoy has used the same principles to equip businesses worldwide to create healthier and more fulfilling workplaces, building better relationships with their children and colleagues, both in the office and at home.
A Great Fit: Family as the Ultimate Team
A pillar of Continuum’s work over the years has been the applied belief that families are the ultimate team. Many of you have experienced how the tools, skills and concepts taught in leadership and team development initiatives can be transferred to personal life and family relationships.
With the life-changing shifts in our work and family lives since the onset of the pandemic, work teams, families and communities must be more resilient and resourceful, more united and adept at demonstrating love in action, something Continuum builds into every project.
Going Forward Together
The multiple synergies of 10GG and our approach to client work, our Let’s Choose Love movement, Love in the Workplace series, and our Continuum Gives Back funding program create mutually supportive and beneficial possibilities for Continuum and the 10GG Project.
Lisa Main and Wendy White, co-founders of Continuum, are also providing leadership support for the 10GG non-profit. We’re partnering with 10GG Project’s Executive Director Katie Lopez to steward the program’s mission into the future, ensuring its continuity in reaching thousands of families all around the world. Several Continuum consultants are already certified presenters for the 10GG Program and share the excitement of our enhanced connection.
