Bio
Morgan Daniels serves as President and Partner Consulting Services, where she is deeply passionate about activating human potential, supporting meaningful growth, and creating the conditions for both individuals and organizations to thrive! At the heart of her work is a deep belief in people—and what’s possible when organizations are designed to support the humans within them.
Morgan brings a people‑centered approach to organizational, team, and leadership development, and change. As an engaging facilitator, trainer, coach, consultant, and strategic thinker, she is known for her ability to hold both the big picture and the critical details—brining structure where it’s needed, creativity where it expands possibilities, and play where it sparks connection and new thinking. She partners with organizations in navigating transformation while aligning strategy, culture, and ways of working. She believes meaningful progress happens when rigor, creativity, and curiosity come together—and when there’s room for connection and fun along the way.
A lifelong learner, Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Community Health Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a master’s degree in Organizational Development from American University. She is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), and is working toward her IFC Coaching Certification.
Outside of work, Morgan is an avid traveler and explorer of cultures. When home in Washington, DC, she enjoys hosting creative gatherings for friends, stand‑up comedy, yoga, and hiking.
