How it Works

Continuum’s Leadership Essentials Series programs are three-to-six-month intensives uniquely designed to equip leaders of various levels with skills and knowledge necessary to be a high-performing leader, both individually and as part of a team of leaders.  

Each program is built on Continuum’s proven learning design and offers an integrated, comprehensive, customizable and experiential approach to leadership development. Utilizing a cohort-based learning community and leveraging a combination of coaching, workshops with customized leadership tools, mentoring and individual and group projects, participants enjoy a wholistic and impactful learning experience they can easily transfer into applied action.
